KALUGIN JSC took part as an exhibitor in the international metallurgical exhibition and conference “SHANGHAI METALLURGY EXPO” (MTM) 2013
The international metallurgical exhibition and conference “SHANGHAI METALLURGY EXPO” MTM (Metallurgy, Tube, Metal) 2013 was held from 4th to 6th of June in the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC) in China.
According to Ms. Marina Kalugina, Chief Executive Officer of KALUGIN JSC, this exhibition is one of the most prestigious metallurgical expositions both in China and in the world. The booth of KALUGIN JSC presented information about the innovative product of the company – Kalugin Shaftless Stove (KSS). In the course of the exhibition we introduced our potential customers to the company’s experience and capabilities in development and construction of the shaftless hot stoves which were implemented by the company in many countries of the world. Ms. Kalugina noted that “innovativeness of the company’s technologies is based on the unique scientific method of KSS design calculation, which makes KALUGIN JSC different from all the other closest competitors and enables to create KSS systems having a guaranteed trouble-free service life of 30 years and running in heavy conditions of iron and steel production.”
SHANGHAI METALLURGY EXPO (MTM) 2013 traces its history to the first SHANGHAI METALLURGY EXPO (MTM) held in 1986. For all the previous sessions it was attended by over 5000 companies from 60 countries of the world.
At present KALUGIN JSC has constructed 158 hot stoves; 52 hot stoves are being designed and constructed. The shaftless hot stoves are widely used at blast furnaces from 250 m3 to 5500 m3 in many countries of the world: Russia, China, Ukraine, India, Japan.
